This script configures the base sharepoint requirements for a multi-tenant sceanrio as detailed at http://www.harbar.net/articles/sp2010mt4.aspx
It creates and configures Managed Accounts, Application Pools, core Service Applications and a hosting Web Application and Managed Paths.
